1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Talent Risk platform (www.talentrisk.com) operated by Talent Risk (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Talent Risk provides:

• Monthly Update: Monthly intelligence snapshots monitoring your career health, market value, and industry trends
• Salary Benchmark Tool: Market salary comparisons based on role, industry, and location
• Career Tools: AI-powered analysis of job offers, contracts, and career decisions

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Membership

Talent Risk membership is billed annually at the current advertised rate (currently £39 for 12 months). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.2 Refunds

Subscription refunds may be requested within 14 days of initial purchase if no career updates have been generated.

5. Fair Usage

Our tools are designed for your personal career management. Each subscription includes generous usage allowances that comfortably cover normal individual use throughout your subscription year.

We monitor usage patterns to ensure a quality experience for all members. If your usage significantly exceeds what we’d expect for individual career management, we may reach out to discuss your needs and find the right plan for you.

We reserve the right to adjust access for accounts that appear to be using the platform for commercial, automated, or bulk purposes inconsistent with individual career monitoring.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our reports and analysis are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content is advisory only and should not be your sole basis for career decisions
• Salary data is based on market surveys and may not reflect exact figures for specific roles
• Employer risk assessments are based on publicly available information and AI analysis
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access our services
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use our services for any illegal purpose

8. Intellectual Property

Reports generated for you are licensed to you for personal use. The underlying AI models, algorithms, prompts, and platform design remain our intellectual property. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit generated reports without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Risk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to career decisions made based on our reports.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your reports after cancellation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
