I need to cancel my membership

You can cancel instantly from your account settings. No email required. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

I want to delete my account and data

Head to account settings and choose 'Delete account'. This permanently removes all your data from our systems. It's irreversible, so make sure to export anything you need first.

My report didn't generate

Reports occasionally fail if the document can't be parsed, or if our AI service is temporarily busy. Try submitting the document again. If the problem persists, email us and we'll look into it.

I have a feature idea

How do I get my first career update?

Your first monthly career briefing is generated automatically after you complete your profile. Make sure your job title, employer, and salary are filled in. Your first report will arrive within 24 hours of joining.
