I need to cancel my membership
You can cancel instantly from your account settings — no email required. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
I want to delete my account and data
Head to account settings and choose 'Delete account'. This permanently removes all your data from our systems. It's irreversible, so make sure to export anything you need first.
My report didn't generate
Reports occasionally fail if the email content can't be parsed, or if our AI service is temporarily busy. Try forwarding the email again. If the problem persists, email us and we'll look into it.
