Features & How It Works

How does the monthly career briefing work?

Every month, we send you a personalised career intelligence report: what your role is worth, how your employer is doing, what's shifting in your industry, how AI is affecting your role, and a career health score out of 100. From your second month, we highlight exactly what changed so you can see the value building over time.

What can I upload or submit?

Job offers, employment contracts, layoff letters, and your RESUME. Upload the document directly or fill in the key details. We'll handle it from there.

Data & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, card payments are handled by Stripe, and we apply security controls such as CSP headers, input validation, and rate limiting.

Do you sell or share my data?

We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. We do share data with service providers needed to run the platform (for example hosting, database, email, and AI processing) as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes, both. You can export all your data from your account settings at any time. If you want everything deleted, you can do that too. Full account deletion removes all your information from our systems.

Are you GDPR compliant?

We build the product around UK GDPR rights, including access, export, correction, and deletion workflows. See our Privacy Policy and Security page for the current controls and disclosures.

Salary & Market Data

Where does your salary data come from?

We use official Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data, cross-referenced with industry benchmarks. It's the same data used by economists and policy makers.

How accurate are the salary comparisons?

We benchmark against official government data for your specific role, region, and seniority level. You sit at the 25th, 50th, or 75th percentile so you can see the full picture, not just an average.
