How much does TalentRisk cost?
$49/year — that's just $4.09 a month. Everything is included: monthly check-ups, salary benchmarks, job offer checks, contract reviews, and more. No tiers, no hidden extras.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. One click from your account page and you're done. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period — no awkward phone calls, no hoops.
What if I use all 3 job offer checks?
No problem — you can buy additional checks for $12.99 each. They work exactly the same as your included ones.
Is there a free trial?
There isn't a free trial at the moment, but at $4.09/month it's less than a coffee. You can cancel anytime if it's not for you.

What's a job offer check?
We look at the salary against real market data, dig into the company, and give you an honest recommendation — is it a great move, one to approach carefully, or one to walk away from? Think of it as a second opinion before you make a big decision.
What's the monthly check-up?
Every month, we send you a personalised update: what your role is worth right now, how your employer is doing, what's shifting in your industry, and an overall career score. It's like a health check for your working life.
How do I forward an email to TalentRisk?
When you sign up, you get a personal inbox address. Forward any job offer, contract, or letter to that address. We'll classify it automatically and generate a report — usually within 60 seconds.
What kinds of emails can I forward?
Job offers, employment contracts, layoff letters, recruiter messages, and your RESUME. We'll automatically work out what it is and handle it accordingly.
What does the recovery program include?
It's a 90-day guided program for when things don't go to plan — whether that's a layoff, a move that didn't work out, or just feeling stuck. You get an AI-powered RESUME overhaul, a personalised job market briefing, coaching, and introductions to specialist recruiters. We're with you every step.
Data & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, and Stripe handles all payment processing. We never store your card details.
Do you sell or share my data?
Never. Your career data is yours. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than providing your reports and check-ups.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes, both. You can export all your data from your account settings at any time. If you want everything deleted, you can do that too — full account deletion removes all your information from our systems.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We're fully GDPR compliant. You have the right to access, export, rectify, and delete your personal data at any time.
Salary & Market Data
Where does your salary data come from?
We use official Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data, cross-referenced with industry benchmarks. It's the same data used by economists and policy makers.
How accurate are the salary comparisons?
We benchmark against official government data for your specific role, region, and seniority level. We show you exactly where you sit — 25th, 50th, or 75th percentile — so you can see the full picture, not just an average.
