How it works
Set up once
Tell us your role, employer, and industry during onboarding. Takes about 2 minutes.
Monthly intelligence
On the first of every month, we run a full analysis and email you the results.
Stay ahead
If your salary drifts below market, your employer shows warning signs, or your industry shifts, you'll know before it becomes urgent.
What we monitor
Salary drift
Has your pay fallen behind the market? We track the gap between your salary and the current median for your role and metro area.
Employer intelligence
We monitor your employer's hiring patterns, news, and sector health: not just generic industry data. If your company is growing one team and cutting another, we will pick that up.
Industry trends
Is your industry growing, flat, or contracting? We track hiring volume, job posting trends, and sector outlook.
Role demand
Is demand for your specific role rising or falling? We track job posting volume for your occupation code.
Career health score
A single number (0-100) that summarises your overall career risk. Easy to understand at a glance.
Working context awareness
Remote worker at a company mandating return to office? On a fixed-term contract while the business restructures? We flag changes in your working context, not just your pay.
Contract integration
Your employment contract feeds into your monthly assessment. Notice period, non-compete restrictions, and contract age all affect how you should interpret your career position.
Alerts & recommendations
If something changes significantly, we highlight it clearly and point you to the right event workflow.
