What triggers an alert?

Significant salary drift (your pay drops below the 25th percentile), employer financial red flags (profit warnings, major layoffs), or role demand decline. We don't cry wolf: alerts mean something.

Yes. Once you're set up, your update runs automatically every month. You don't need to do anything.

Can I check more than once a month?

The update runs monthly on a schedule, but you can view your latest results anytime in your dashboard.

What data do you use?

Official BLS salary data, SEC filings, job posting volume from major job boards, financial news aggregation, and industry reports.
