The Talent Risk Index is on the side of the people who do the work.

  1. We take no money from the companies we rate. Ever. Not for advertising, not for "engagement," not for data, not for a right of reply. If a company we rate wants to tell us something, it can tell everyone — we publish responses in full. We may be paid by services that work for you — solicitors, advisers — and when we are, we say so on the page.
  2. Every rating has a named editor and a shown basis. Nothing is published without the sources beside it.
  3. Insiders are never identifiable. We publish counts and categories, never words, never names, never anything shown below a minimum number of reporters.
  4. We correct in public, within 24 hours. Mistakes are marked on the page, not deleted.
  5. The method is public and versioned. When we change how we rate, we say so and keep the old version.
